How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, click Checkout, enter your name, phone and address, and confirm. No account is needed.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are shown at checkout — one price inside Dhaka and one outside Dhaka. Large orders may qualify for free delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. Please check the product before paying.

How can I track my order?

Use Track Order (top of the page) with your order number and phone number.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Request a return from Track Order or My Account within the return window. We will replace it or refund you.

Is your ghee and honey really pure?

Yes. Our ghee is made from cow milk cream the traditional way and our honey is collected from natural hives — no additives or preservatives.
